An appoximate pick up time would be helpful - simply morning or afternoon would be an imporvement and a 2 hour 'time window' would be great

Courier - the courier didn't turn up, and was supposed to be next day delivery. It infact took 2 working days to deliver.

Day 1 collection missed as driver came to early. Day 2 he did not show. Day 3 a 2nd driver came after already collected! Courier at fault
