I sent a parcel to the Canaries via Parcelforce and the driver arrived without labels - I see from the tracking that its still in transit!

It would make things a lot easier if we could drop the parcel off locally at a shop as we can with Hermes rather waiting in for a courier

Make the collection from post office option clearer, it's not obvious that it could be any post office. Other than that very good.

Our Response: We do not provide a collection from a Post Office service. We do have the option for our customers to drop off their item at a Post office if they book a ParcelForce International service.
