Weighed my parcel at home and at the drop off location before it was sent and it was under 1kg with the packaging. Another nearly £5 was added to the delivery cost because it was apparently over 1.5kg even though there was absolutely no chance a package can increase by that much!

Parcel Monkey is a easy to use service. Just log on to their website fill out the necessary details pay and print your label. Local drop off and a swift delivery to Spain. An email received to confirm the delivery.

I have family living in Spain and like to send gifts to them often in fairly large boxes. I use Parcel Monkey to find the best carrier at a good price. Once Ive chosen from the options given, I print off the package labels sent to my email address and either arrange for collection from my home or take the parcel to a local collection point. This process has never let us down and delivery has been made within a few days. I can highly recommend Parcel Monkey who provide a service which takes away most of the hassle of sending a parcel abroad. Keep up your high standards Parcel Monkey!!

Disappointed that my parcel didnt arrive on time. I was surprised but happy to chance a late Saturday drop-off to get time-critical docs delivered by 9am on Monday. The website suggested this was possible. As it happened, the parcel was not picked up until late on Monday, but didnt even arrive by 9am on Tuesday! Waste of 20 quid. I should have bought a stamp.

I always send overseas parcels via parcel monkey. Very reasonably priced. Pay, print the documentation and drop off at locks post office. Track every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Booked 11 packages for 1 day delivery at a cost of £280.00, to be collected next day. No collection. The carrier did not receive the booking nor recognise the booking reference. So my booking had not gone through to the carrier. It took 3 hours to get parcel monkey to recognise this and rebook the whole booking fir collection the next day. I had to really push to get this to happen. No apology. Totally off hand. So. As a result of my persistence, the Packages collected next day, (remember this was a next day delivery service so they should have been delivered by then). It has now been two days since collection. And the 11 parcels are still “in transit”. Parcel Monkey not remotely interested. Took Money. Let me down twice. Unbelievable service. Never. Ever. Again.

Horrendous experience. The courier I selected through PM lost the parcel, and after a few chases from me, PM said that it was lost, they were sorry but thats it - **** happens. I asked about the insurance I paid extra for, they said I wasnt covered as the item wasnt purchased in the last 6 months (something that isnt mentioned in their terms and conditions) Apparently there are other T&Cs that you cant see....so I guess you have to just take their word for it about whatever else they might make up about fictional T&Cs!?! PM effectively gave up and told me the best I could get back was the money for the shipping. PATHETIC considering what I shipped was worth almost £2k. Luckily I have more sense that the monkeys PM clearly hire, and I went to the courier direct and through several interactions I managed to get them to track it down after two weeks lost If people ask me about couriers, I will forever tell this story and ensure that everyone knows how awful and conniving this company is. Horrendous! AVOID.
