The pick up did not take place on the day requested. I had to telephone the following day to rearrange for collection.

We have had a couple of missed collections (both on Friday's), otherwise good service and reasonable value.

Put bar code next to delivery address on label. Then we could fold and use smaller doc wallets. Once collected, from address is not needed
