Our parcel was callected on 10th Dec. and still has not arrived. We cannot contact anyone or track it. Also no reply to our email enquiry.

A few deliveries did not acheive next day delivery but I would think that this was largely due to the inclement weather conditions.

Shambolic - labels printed for 3 out of 4 parcels, one is still 'waiting on Courier' paid for next day delivery. No contact from PM either

The only critiscm was that the parcel was not picked up in the time frame selected, but much later in the day so had to stay in
