deThe Parcel Monkey part was fine, but Courier lost my parcel at the Gatwick which I hand delivered. No apology, and I had to go to sort.

Parcel was collected on day after ordering. Weather conditions were heavy snow and parcel still got deilvered within 3 days. Perfect Service

1st time i've used Parcel Monkey - Delivery Van was "reported stolen" and therefore parcel went missing. What a joke! Wont be using again.
