Our Response: Thanks for your feedback - unfortunately it's not always possible to collect during the preferred window. It all depends on the location of the collection point and where it lies on a drivers set route.

collections very poor waited from 8 in the morning till 5 at night for collection driver got details 1 hour before collection

Our Response: Collections can take place between 8am and 5pm, sometimes collections are redistributed among drivers throughout the day to ensure all parcels are collected - for example, if another driver is running late.
