We are still waiting on parcel after 7 days and paid for next day delivery, Courier van has been in Ind Est 4 times since order.

for some reason the parcel collection was cancelled by the "account holder" (ie parcel monkey) and i could not contact you?

A simple postcode error has now resulted in a delay of five weeks.... Perhaps Courier just can't cope with demand?
