Brilliant. I will be using you for all our parcels in the future. Good price, very quick and much easier than lugging it to the post office.

If more of a specified collection time was given it may be better. I stayed in all day and collection was after 5pm.

On the courier's first attempt to pick up the parcel, the City Link driver didn't try ringing my mobile number before abandoning collection.
