Absolute disaster, meant to be picked up friday 26th and still not collected, now 2nd December. Many phonecalls and waisted time. RUBBISH!

Our Response: Sorry to hear your parcel is missing. In these highly unusual circumstances a full investigation is launched by our carrier partners to locate your parcel. With the huge networks operated by these carriers it's sometimes not possible to get an answer within 24 hours.
