Courier, what a joke..next day=next week..if you are lucky, i had a parcel from china b4 the one with them and it was orderd the same day!!

Fabulous, collected within a couple of hours of payment & although not next day delivery - arrived before Christmas which was what mattered!

A next day parcel was delayed by two days without reason or notification. The result was we refunded our customers' shipping costs!

Great service and got my parcel to its destination on time as promised. Being able to specify a collection slot would be very helpful.
