Enter multiple items confusing. Top screen enter # 1 info, 2nd screen enter #2 info and continue. Not obvious needed reenter #1 info again!

Parcel sent to New york. I paid for 1-2 day delivery. Collected Monday PM. Not on DHL's system until Wednesday morning. Took 3 Days.
