No-one came to collect the parcel, nor did anyone contact me to explain why...Second collection went smoothly though.

I think it would be a benefit if, on delivery of a package, an automatic e-mail could be sent. This would then become a complete service.

Parcel was NEVER collected - after 2.5 days I re-booked it. Very disappointing, especially the broken promises by your representative!
