It would be good to have an option to be able to deliver the parcel to the parcel company.

The updating of the tracking is somewhat delayed but I suppose that is unavoidable due to third-parties

The Customs declaration / pro forma invoice needs to be highlighted and bought to customers attention. It is buried away in the small print.

I would only say that it would be handy to be able to book a collection time window, say 9-12, 1-4, etc. It would be very good to have that.
