It'd be helpful to be given a *rough* idea of when the pickup is likely. Can't really fault the service though - pretty damn good!!

my parcel was to be collected on tuesday 2nd but was not collected until thursday 4th.. i had to call everyday! rubbish!!

I paid for next day delivery. Parcel arrived Mon instead of Sat. Orchid slightly damaged (2 petals fallen off). Take up with Courier?
