CITY LINK MAKE COLLECTING PARCELS VERY DIFFICULT THEY CALLED DAY EARLY TO COLLECT AND THEN COST ME 2 HOURS ON TELEPHONE TRYING TO FIX IT

Tried other carriers, Parcel Monkey always delivers. Would be useful, though, if the Mobile number for the recipient wasn't required.
