Best prices on heavier items, but on smaller parcels ie 2kg or less much more expensive than royal mail. Once booked very good service.

parcel was due for collection on Friday, the addresse urgently needed this parcel, nobody turned up had to ring 4 collection on Monday.

website is very slow nowadays. Takes ages to book and there is no where to let courier know that you will take parcel to nearest depot.
