although i sent them next day. 2 parcels took 2 days to arrive and 1 parcel 3 days, which is not as good as your usual service i'm afraid.

It took 3 days for some one to come and collect our parcels? I had to keep ringing up to make sure a courier was coming

Driver didn't find address but didn't bother to call, wasted all day waiting. But called local depot at ~7pm & they sent someone ~30mins.

Mostly the emails are answered very quickly but in more complicated cases a note to say it's in progress and what's happening would be nice.
