The Driver was so very helpful, as I had never used this type of service before.

Online booking service provided by Parcel Monkey was good. It was the courier who let things down by collecting the parcel 24hours late!

parcel wasnt collected the following day as advised so parcel was delayed over the weekend. Not the next day service I paid for!!
