with city link, you do not state that if you miss the collection time, you can take it to their nearest depot . apart from that, brilliant!

Parcel not picked up as per contract.No explanation given. had to do 25 miles to take to Courier depot.It was del'd next day.Need refund!

Problems with courier city link rather than parcel monkey. Parcel not collected on arranged day. City link operater very rude.
