The parcel has gone missing! It has been confirmed by Courier that the parcel was collected but they have no trace of it since!

Cannot fault Parcel Monkey but have had several complaints about Citylink not responding and not delivering when they promised they would.

Courier did not arrive on designated day, stayed in all day, no communication to tell me why. Stayed in all next day, eventually came 5.30pm

Im v happy with P Monkey. But City link driver didnt use my phone number and failed 2 pick up. Ended up taking the urgent parcel to depot.

Well: my parcel was collected & delivered accordingly. However, I waited at home all day till 17.15 not worth the wait lost a days pay .
