The pick up is always vague, could do with a call to arrange, they didn't pick up next day, so therefore it was a 2 day service

Approximate collection times must be known on the collection day, but customers are never told them. An email or SMS message would help.

If you get a quote and get to the address section and then have to log in to get your address book, you lose the quote details.
