I wish i did not have to sit in all day waiting one time I waited and they did not come it would be a lot better if there was a 2 hour slot

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Item was picked up as per notification, driver was pleasant, parcel delivered less than 20 hours later and tracking was spot on :-)
