My parcel couldn't be picked up because the driver wasn't allowed to put it in a bigger bag!! I thought health and safety were fussy

We always advise our regular customers to get to know their local courier driver as they will often work around your daily needs.
The negative thing I'd say was not being told a time slot that it'd be picked up/delivered in.
