very very very poor service!!! my parcel should of been collected on a Friday but was collected till Monday and i paid next day. never use

VERY DISSAPOINTED AS THE NUMBER PROVIDED WAS INVALID THEN THE COURIER FAILED TO COME WHEN SCHEDULED - WONT USE AGAIN

Our Response: Booked on may 9th, collected on Friday May 10th and the courier has twice tried to deliver on the 13th and 14th May. How is this our problem please?
