More accurate pick up time or texts giving slot time so don't have to stay in all day

Waited whole day until 4pm within 10 yds of buzzer before finding pickup missed at noon. Had to deliver to depot 12 miles away. Silent bell!

Courier turned up to collect a day late! Wasted a day waiting in for them. Had to deliver to their depot myself. Not good enough!
