All great. Would be nice to be given a rough time for collection from courier by email or sms as I had to stay in and wait most of the day.

The parcel was Refused Acceptance despite somebody being home, no card left. Was a 24hr service, took a week to eventually deliver! :-(

Courier failed to collect the parcel and after calling them 3 times and being assured the collection would happen by 7pm it still failed
