My item was collected as arranged and delivered the next day great service

Service was good but parcel did take longer than expected. Updating of tracking was very slow so difficult to know where the parcel was.

Time slot options would be good, to have a parcel collected and delivered i.e. mornings 08:00 - 13:00 or afternoons 13:00 - 18:00

Courier tried twice to deliver to the wrong address. Only after I complained did they deliver correctly, five days late. (Next day?? No.)
