Actually turning up to collect the parcel would help. Parcel Force didn't even telephone if they had a problem collecting. Zero out of Ten.

Parcel collected Tuesday 25 Feb for next day delivery and just checked and its down for delivery today!! - Why??

I purchased the delivery but for the item to be picked up and delivered to me. There is no good way to get the info to the sender.

When I received the mailing label, it said printing optional but I was dropping off at depot where they said printing the label is mandatory
