Was searching for cheap international delivery when I came across Parcel Monkey. They offered a cheaper FedEx rate than FedEx’s own website. The parcel arrived right on time!

I have previously used parcel monkey for their service.Booked a parcel for USA to be delivered to a family member,which parcel force delivery was very swift. This time delivery was with DPD, collected on the right day but since then the web site for tracking my parcel is not only not clear,dates are not posted in order.Abreviation of words are not clear either so to understand their configuration is confusing. On top all this parcel still hasnt been delivered and still in transit. Phone number that is provided is a waste as there is no human at the end of the line. The service is disappointing. Would very much like someone (human)to answer my questions about my parcel where is it at the moment.

Gave me a qr code for address using fedex. None of the shops including fedex depot had qr readers needed to give them tracking number to find address to print.. however once taken fedex delivered very quickly

YOU ARE EXPECTED TO TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS OF EVERY PARCELS MEASUREMENTS AND WEIGHT JUST IN CASE THEY LOSE ONE, THEY STAND BUY STUPID VOLUMETRIC WEIGHTS THAT ASSUME IDENTICAL PARCELS ALL WEIGH THE SAME REGARDLESS OF CONTENT, THAT IS TO SAY A BOX OF FEATHERS WEIGHS THE SAME AS AN IDENTICAL SIZED BOX OF LEAD, ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND YOU CANNOT ARGUE WITH THEM.

I didnt receive any notifications of pickup or dropoff but I got my refund so the package must have been delivered.
As the package was being picked up from another location, some basic comms would have made it a 5Star.

Took long for parcel force to deliver. Suppose to be 48 hour service but it took them 96 hours to deliver. Not happy with them this time.

I paid for the fastest service to the USA. 2 - 4 days as the recipient was leaving the state. It took 5 hours to get my shipping labels ans so my parcel could not be sent on the 1st day. I was assigned a new booking number and this caused tracking issues. I was unable to track at all. On day 4 I went online with customer service to track and they said theyd be in touch. I received an email on day 5 saying it would arrive on day 7. It was received the next day on day 6. Very luckily, my recipient had been delayed moving so it worked out in the end.

The contents were totally smashed to pieces. We carefully wrapped and protected the contents as described by the carrier. We put FRAGILE on the wrapping paper. Will never use Fedex again. Shocking!
