if i could give a zero i would sent a package toi a freinds for xmas day one of the items got smashed into bits now passing the buck saying im not emtited to comapteion when i insured the package they ruined a perfelty good xmas day dont use this useless company unless you want your items in bits

Selected Courier. Seems reasonable from a punters point of view that Courier is Courier. But apparently not. Only certain Courier parcels can be dropped off at some Courier drop off points. Courier parcels as sold via your site must be dropped at a diffrerent Courier point than the Courier point advertised online, in the shop window and as directed by your site. Courier does not mean Courier. You nedd to make that much clearer!

This service was fabulous, everything was documented well and I knew at every stage where my parcel was. It was collected and delivered as expected. I will not be using Royal Mail again as we are still waiting for Christmas presents to arrive to some family members. This was a much more professional service

Recommended a delivery company, UPS, that still hasn’t delivered a parcel - very difficult to track. Appreciate that there are lots of difficulties at the moment but why say (and charge for) a parcel can be delivered in 1-2 days when it’s actually going to take 9?

I have only just found out my Son in Switzerland hasn’t received the parcel. We have been in Norway , only arriving home late on the 27th. The Swiss family left for Germany on the 23rd and arrived home around 7.30 this evening the 28th. It maybe being held somewhere. I can’t give you anymore information as it is late. If I hear more I will contact you. We have used you before successfully and I am sure we will do so in the future. Cherrie Dawson.

Would have given no stars if I could. I sent a parcel which was picked up on Friday afternoon for next day delivery before 10.30am at the cost of over £20. It didn’t arrive next day and after messaging them was informed that they don’t deliver on Sat or Sun unless you pay extra for that service. Parcel still didn’t arrive on Monday and eventually arrived on Tuesday at 11.35 which is neither next day or before 10.30am. I have contacted them many times but they don’t seem to understand. Won’t be using them again

When I asked for help (after the parcel got stuck in customs) the Parcel Monkey team were quick to resolve the issue. Great service. It went via ParcelForce who delivered the packet and contents (that were extremely fragile) in perfect condition. Well worth spending a bit extra on a decent delivery service as not evri courier is as reliable as these guys are.

I sent 8 parcels same size and similar weight to the USA. I declared the weight of one parcel as 0.24kgs I have now been charged £55 due to them saying I had declared 0.89kgs(which was wrong) and they actually weighed it as 11.69kgs!!!! Nothing that I make weighs that much! It was just taken from my bank account. I am now trying to get my money back. They have said they have contacted the courier company and are waiting to hear back, all whilst I am out of pocket due to their mistake!

Awful communication - nobody to talk to and everything is online or email or snail mail. Parcel is being held by customs but no details - very poor continuity and subsequently parcel hasn’t arrived on time. If ever

Organising the posting of my parcel was very easy - lots of choice and simple step-by-step instructions. Finding out where my parcel was when it didnt turn up on the delivery day specified was a little trickier, but Parcel Monkey customer services helped and resolved my query and my parcel was delivered to its destination a day later. Would I use them again ..... I probably would, yes.

I am always happy to know a parcel is coming via DPD couriers. In my experience they are reliable & courteous. The 1 hour time slot makes it so much easier & the mobile app is very good at letting you know how far away the driver is. Recently sent a Christmas parcel to Essex from Blackpool on 16th December & it arrived next day. Not the cheapest but one of the best (in my opinion anyway)

I have used Parcel Monkey a number of times over the last few years and they have always given a first class service. Information given is accurate and although the final choice of carrier is mine, all have done at least as well as the advertised service, usually even better. Cannot be faulted.
