As with previous U.K. to USA deliveries it was quick - 8 days, but not as quick as the 3-4 days quoted. However, the Parcel Monkey tracking service lets the whole experience down. Whether using Parcel Force or DPD their tracking system is awful. For the entire 8 days it was posting ‘no tracking information available at this time’. Get your tracking right & it would be 5*

Evri failed to collect on Friday. I ended up taking parcel to drop off point on Monday ......NOT the service I paid for, very poor, wont use them again

Parcel delivered on time and with no damage.
Its a shame some of the restrictions are so strict. I was sending van windows which are very strong and unlikely to break. However I was unable to insure them due to restrictions.

Beware, If you add a card to parcel monkey, it is not possible to remove it and good luck getting help. ive been trying to removae a card since January, and 2 months later it has been charged a total of £182. Customer service is ineffective saying management will be told , but theres no action. What a shambolic outfit

Easy to deal with, good discounts given. there was a problem with the delivery (not parcelmonkey fault) but they sorted it quickly and refunded all my costs.

I will definitely use Parcel monkey again, sent a heavy parcel on 48hr and it arrived in less than 24hr the form was easy to use, and authorisation came through quickly.

Beware - they’ll likely charge you extra money by lying and stating your parcel dropped off was overweight!! And take it from your bank card without your approval!! Happened twice in two days where they charged me >£16 in extra fees stating package was over 2kg when I know for sure they didn’t even weight the 200g I stated on parcel (they were actually 70g!!)

Difficult to find companies that offer a service for large parcels parcel monkey gave me multiple options and costs to choose from.
The collection and delivery was on time and no damage to the goods.
Very pleased will use again if the occasion arises.

Always be wary of a comp y that does not have a phone number for customer service, and i use the service word very loosely. Purchased a parcel order, left for work took the parcel and turns out they have not sent the details to the courier, a hour on the phone to the courier then 30 mins on live chat with *****monkey and i get a refund, zero use when i have a parcel that needs to be at a destination tomorrow. Use royal mail and save yourself stress if these monkeys, the clue to how useless they are is in the name

Awful! I paid £37 to get a package picked up from a hotel and delivered to a hospital. The courier just said there was no one there and there was no contact to re-arrange and yet the hotel checked their cctv for the time indicated and there was no evidence of the courier having been there.

Although cheap, my parcel arrived missing half the box. I paid to insure it and can find no way other than paying to post to parcel monkey to complain. There were gifts lost during postage and parcel monkey have no easy customer contact.
