Absolute rubbish! THe parcel was late for 3 days and was supposed to be the next day delivery.

I paid for next day service with collection. I arranged with the party in London for the best day for collection, they stayed in all day and no one collected, or the next day. In fact after I chased the collection it finally happened 2 days after the day it should have been delivered. The parcel was delivered safely but what is the point of paying for an expedient, insured, named day service and getting a haphazard week later delivery.

Just easy to do and cheaper of corse. Especially parcel force, who I prefire to use .
I dId lose a £60 on a lost parcel though. as parcel force spent a lot off tome looking for. At I went direct to
PARCE FORCE .
YOU WOULD NOT PAY OUT ON THE INSURANCE AS 7 DAYES HAD PAST.
IT TOOK P.F. 14 DAYES
TO DECLARE IT LOST !!
YOU DIDNT RESPOND TO MY COMPLANT!

My parcel was sent to Birmingham and took ages to be sent back to us, I had to buy my son new shoes as his were in suitcase. I am very disappointed with your service. I paid for the 48hr service but it took a lot longer due to a mistake on your part. No compensation was offered. I will think twice before using or recommending parcel monkey.

Disappointed - the parcel delivery option I selected quote a price for delivering the parcel by 27/2/23. When I look at the tracking info it says its been released from customs on 01/03/23 and Ive heard nothing since and currently have no idea if the parcel I sent has been delivered! Parcel Monkey shouldnt use companies which dont deliver parcels within the timescales the companies say they will. I carefully selected the courier company as it was reputable and yet it has failed to deliver the parcel as quoted.

Decent price and easy to book, but... Gave DPD an incorrect collection address, had to use their online chat as they have no email address or phone number. They changed the address, but it was still showing the wrong one on DPDs site. When DPD collected they told me they were expecting two parcels (PMUK had booked it in twice instead of fixing the first booking.)

Apart from trying to pick up my parcel on Saturday (no-one home and parcel not ready because arranged for Monday) everything went very smoothly. Collected Monday, delivery on Thursday. Would certainly use this company again.

The courier did not pick up the parcel, made up a story about the gates being closed despite the fact that the mailbox was on the street, and at the same time noted that he had completed the order. I had to place another order with another company, we lost both time and money. At the request to return the money, they corresponded with me for a long time, each time finding a new reason and, in the end, they simply refused to make a refund. This is such disrespect for the customer!

Excellent value and arrangements for parcel collection but selected courier EVRI delivered the parcel in a hidden part of the recipients garden but failed to leave any note or message to say where it was. Took 3 days before I was asked to contact courier and told the parcel had been delivered. Fortunately no loss or damage to contents.

I sent a parcel to Malta from the UK and it reached its destination within 5 days. Usually I send items by Royal Mail and it can take 2 months. Its worth paying the additional charge and I recommend this company,

Wanted to send some tiles back to a warehouse, I paid £100 for parcel money to take these tiles and pay for extra protection. Three major issues with this service: 1. They picked up the tiles that were on a pallet outside my house 24 hours later than their original planned pickup (i paid for a next day freight). This meant I had to call their team on several occasions to find out what was going on 2. When the courier eventually came the next day, he returned all my tiles smashed probably by the way he off loaded them from his Van or that he didnt securely put them into his van. This meant that Yourtiles were unable to process any refund on the £300 plus worth of tiles I was returning and the whole experience was terrible 3. When I tried to get some compensation from Parcel Monkey on this issue, they were quick to point out that Tiles are not covered as part of their protection Thanks for wasting my time Parcel Monkey, will never use you ever again!
