The service provided by Parcelmonkey has been consistently poor, despite me using their services several times. They have repeatedly failed to pick up my parcels as promised, and as a result, I have decided that this will be the final time I use their services. Parcelmonkey was reliable in the past, but over the last two years, there have been significant delays in parcel pick-ups.

This Company is a Con. They do nothing. I booked for a collection and delivery through them only to be told by the courier I picked, Parcelforce, has no knowledge of this order. You cant speak to anyone and my frustration level is sky-high all thanks to Parcel Monkey UK. They dont deserve one star:( NEVER, EVER AGAIN

Have been great for years, no problems whatsoever. Undelivered parcel by Parcel Force. Asked to deliver to post office or leave a card for collection. Now have to pay £16.92 to have the parcel delivered. They for some reason use their address as a return address. Rip off for an initial £9 parcel, Never using again

Easy, guided steps to booking and compiling documents for overseas deliveries.
Tracking is dependant on carrier, but not complicated.
Prices are very competitive. Overall efficient, so recommended.

Parcel monkey is the best every time what they tell you is exactly what they do. The speed at which they move from placing your order to collection is quick smooth and hassle free. They are the only one I use over the years. Love ❤ ❤ them.

Excellent experience from a first-time user - recommended by a friend to choose from various carriers for a collection from a remote address and delivery to my address.
I chose DPD, but I think the experience would be the same with all the carriers listed.
Will definitely use again!

Very dissatisfied with the service. Parcel has still not been delivered and no updates on progress since 6th April. Expected delivery within 2 to 3 days with Evri.

A very easy to use website resulting in the best price and speed of service options.
Especially useful if you have a weirdly sized or shaped parcel as many companies wont carry such items. On Parcel Monkey you are only shown the carriers that WILL, so it saves wasting time at specific parcel companies just to be told your parcel is the wrong size!!
I will use Parcel Monkey EVERY time I send a parcel.

It helped me find the cheapest service to deliver my parcel the next working day. It was straightforward to print off the label and take the parcel to a convenient nearby shop for collection. The parcel arrived next day as promised.

Paid for a 24hr service not 48hours. Courier lied about attempted pick up and we have video evidence to prove it. No apology given nor part refund. I had one very unhappy customer who had to wait at home for two days for courier to collect

The packaging was damaged en route and set aside by the courier. As such, it didnt arrive within the guaranteed period - it took 4 days rather than 2. The courier confirmed that I was entitled to a full refund of the shipping costs and insurance but Parcel Monkey refused saying that the parcel had to be delayed by a minimum of 5 days before any compensation was payable.

Rubbish, paid £55 for a parcel in the US, after delivery got a message that they will charge me £30 more as my parcel was 12kg rather than 6. My parcel was 5.5kg when i weight it wrote 6 to make sure i have no issues. It is impossible to be 12kg for the items i sent. Messaged parcel monkey 2 times about it no reply. Awful service.

Very straightforward. Parcel was collected and delivered in excellent time. In my opinion it is worth paying a little extra for parcel force as i have used them several times and have never been disappointed.
