The parcel monkey side of my order was fine and their web site and ordering system worked smoothly and easily. My order was for a next day delivery, if booked into the couriers collection system before 13:00, which it was and their tracking site confirmed this. The order in fact took 6 days to deliver, sitting in a depot for most of that time.

At 3pm on Thursday 12th April I needed to send a parcel. Parcel Monkey offered Express service and to arrive by 9am next day (within UK). I enquired was it definite and was told as long as dropped off in plenty of time service was good to go. I dropped parcel at local post office on same day (12th) at16:10 hrs, checked it would be collected that night and was told yes, sometime between 16:45 and 17:00. Next day, 13th, kept watching tracker, no updates, tried to contact Parcel Monkey which is difficult in itself. They finally replied saying they would have to contact Parcel Force direct. Nothing back from them all day. Then the company i was sending to advised me the parcel was delivered Friday morning (14th), 24 hours late. I contacted Parcel Monkey for refund who just keep saying it wasnt collected in time, no refund, wasnt a guaranteed service, no refund. Ive tried appealling but all i get back is it was not a guaranteed service - then why did i pay enhanced money!!! Never use again!!!

I wanted a set of parcels delivered by 12noon the next day. One of the specific results for this was DPD. Once the parcel went out, it was not attempted delivery before noon. They attempted delivery the next day... Again, not before noon! Dont bring that option up when searching for before noon delivery if it is not before noon!

Went through parcel monkey and chose UPS for a pick up and delivery for a Solar inverter.Paid the fee and that was it, no pick up on dates stated and no way off contacting Parcel monkey and UPS just sent me round and round their tracking system stating that label had been printed but they had not received the package. After 3 days I managed to contact the UPS help desk and after 2 attempts spoke to a helpful lady who has managed to get the parcel picked up but I have not received up to this point? Fingers crossed that it arrives safely?

I sent a HiFi off to be repaired and got there in under a week and for 7-8gbp. It was a part exchange and the company used another service costing 60gbp which took longer and with less are than the service used with parcel monkey. The insurance is Wierd as it covers nothing except clothes or things that cannot be broken so use a 3rd party.

I got the confirmation email on the 7th saying “Within 30 minutes youll receive an email with instructions explaining how to print any label(s) and any documentation you need to to send your parcel(s).” Tried to speak to someone online as I didn’t receive any email. But there wasn’t any service available instead I had to send another email which then said I’d get a reply in 3hours. I got an email bk on the Monday the 10th. By this time it was too late and I had to send the parcel with a different service. So it’s now wasted my money. Terrible service and zero customer service available when I needed it.

there is no customer service at all any more. If something goes wrong, too bad. They dont care and wont reply to you.

When I arranged the delivery to my client, it was for next day delivery, which you charged me enough for my client stayed in all day and it didn’t turn up until 10.30 this morning. Not impressed.

Charging £64.20 against a £11 delivery as oversize/weight apparently. The parcel was packed and weighed in a bonded facility with a measure of overstatement off size and weight in favour of the parcel monkey. Yet they try this on. Avoid at all costs. More criminals than business people.

Im only giving them one star because it wont let me give none. I gave a 5cm over measurement on all parcel dimensions and a 2kg over weight measure too. Them these people email me to announce that my parcel was supposedly over dimensions and I would receive a £69 over charge on a £10 delivery. This matter is now in legal hands. Avoid like the plague, complete thrives.

Paid for 24hr delivery - package finally delivered nearly 2 weeks later - customer services were no help at all - all they said each time I contacted them was to be patient and wait til 6 oclock to see if package was delivered each day When package was finally delivered asked for a refund on shipping cost due to really bad service and eas dimple told I eouldnt be getting one - I sent a reply to this message but still havnt received a reply!!!!

very easy to select from a great selection of different methods to post from basic to best .... also great value for money compared to going to your local P.O branch , great you can do this at your leisure from your own home when it is more convenient , very happy :)

Paid for international delivery, 1-3 days express. Advised parcel was being held due to restricted items (though when I completed all customs forms the perfumed body spray for my elderly mother was not listed as a restricted item!) I have requested ongoing updates and nearly 4 weeks later Im no further forward and cannot get any tangible resolution through PM. When I asked about their complaints policy this was ignored and I was advised updates would occur when available. £67 for a service that is not able to deliver. When I raised through the commissioned courier directly (Parcel Force) they advised that theyre also unable to support because I booked through PM...and to progress through PM directly. What an absolute joke. Strongly recommend you do not use this company.

charged extra for 24 service and even more for rural then it wasnt even delivered and apparently they just charge a premium and deliver after 72 hours . no refund of difference .dont bother talking to customer services they arent helpful either

It has been 6 weeks now and my parcel stil has not been delivered.Parcel Monkey customer service is a joke you get passed from pillar to post and I am still fighting to have my parcel delivered .They even asked if I would come and pick it up myself I saod no I live 400 miles away and have paid for you to deliver this.Still awaiting a reply.Do Not use Parcel Monkey ever.

Today I was introduced to this organisation for the first time and I thought it was brilliant BUT after I had filled in all my details and all the parcel details a pop up informed me that my intended contents (dried Dog Food I had ordered in error) was excluded from carriage.EVEN BY THE COMPANY THAT DELIVERED IT TO ME IN THE FIRST PLACE. Furthermore, I cant phone them about this and have to create an account before I can even chat on line. I am old, and ill, and their list of excluded goods is a yard long, so wont even try them next time. Whats the point of letting me fill everything in and then giving me the list. And how come a company (DPD) can deliver something but not return it?!?!?!

ABSOLUTELY APPAULING! Parcel was booked through PM and UPS were providing the service. UPS advised parcel was lost and an investigation was opened. Since then UPS have concluded investigation and advised PM of the outcome. PM have ignored all messages and cannot be contacted by phone. Customer service is probably the worst I have seen and to add insult to injury they have taken further funds out of my account without prior consent. This company are nothing short of thieves and the matter certainly will not be ending here.

we cannot put the adress because of limited spaces we must put the items one by one but it does not make sense, if i say books that should be enough.
