Posted on a Friday, 48 hr delivery service. Delivered following Wednesday. In its favour, did leave parcel with a neighbour when recipient was out.

Legal documents to be sent. Chose FedEx that stated priority delivery 1-3days. I hand delivered on a Friday after visiting 2 other places on the list that no longer took hand collection. Documents to be sent from UK to Gibraltar Sent Friday 19th. Arrived Seville 22nd. Stayed there for 5day, Now further delayed until Tuesday 30th. Now have legal problems.

Booked a parcel to Spain. Paid for 20kg, sent 15kg. Parcel Monkey subsequently charged our card for the same as the initial payment claiming the parcel weighed 33kg. Utter lies. Avoid

Appalling customer service - uncommunicative when parcel was not delivered (waiting over a week for responses to basic enquiries) and threatening in tone when customs information was requested (even when previously provided). Dont trust the tracking information of either ParcelMonkey or third-party carriers. Avoid this company like the plague - an exploitative intermediary with pathetic customer service.

Awful company paid £42 to deliver a birthday present to a family member in Canada, 4 weeks later my parcel hasn’t even entered the system. Was lost as soon as it left my hands…. With literally 50 messages backwards and forwards for 3 weeks daily. They said the parcel couldn’t be found. Absolutely disgusting service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using this company.

I sent a parcel with ParcelForce via Parcel Monkey. I double checked the dimensions before sending the parcel. The cost of the shipment was £21. They then charged my card an additional £124 with no warning, allegedly because the dimensions were larger than booked. Its virtually impossible to get hold of anybody in customer services but when I finally did they claimed that the parcel was a dimension that is impossible given the contents. They asked me for photographic proof of the dimensions which is clearly impossible as the parcel has been sent. Avoid these people. They will try and rip you off!

Absolutely disgusting service. Initially paid and booked for a collection , which they said I’ll get an ETA, never did and no body arrived for the Tuesday. Called them again on Wednesday morning. Booked it for Thursday and the ETA is 8am to 6pm! Ridiculous!

I had to take the parcel to the post office myself, so really no point is paying extra to them just for it not to work out anyway.

Id like to give you ZERO, because my order from IHerb was not delivered to Italy by DPD and returned even without calling me. G93909575693810T. The address was right, also it was not the first delivery from IHerb to this address. Its terrible because there were goods that i really needed.

The booking process was simple,the package arrived. The headline rate however was subsequently hiked by 50% when the parcels relatively nominal value (£200) was revealed. Felt a bit sneaky. I will shop around a bit more in the future, rather than opt for convenience.

I ordered a parcel collection and delivery with PM. The item was lost and having paid the additional to insure the item to its value of £500 I made a claim. This went rapidly downhill. I had to chase to get my claim form. This was then sent to me late, in violation of their own T&Cs. I then filled this out and returned it to them. I was then told I was beyond the time limit for a claim. Pointing out that this was due to their own mistake in sending out my claim form after their time limit fell on deaf ears and I was left over £400 out of pocket having to purchase replacement goods that I paid to have insured.

Regrettably, my parcel did not arrive at the intended address, and the person who signed for it was unfamiliar to both myself and the recipient.

Paid for next day and it was charged out at £47 . It should have got there for Friday and didnt arrive until the following Monday that said it got there and was in good order when it did

My parcels were unable to be delivered so were returned, but not to the address collected from instead they were returned to Parcel Monkey in Southampton. I have been told I can either pay for them to be returned to me, collect them myself or they will be destroyed! Now I do not live very close to Southampton at all so this is not an option for me. After trying to contact parcel monkey multiple times over the last week or so I have been completely ignored. I am disgusted at this service and the fact there is no contact line to speak to an actual human is very frustrating! I will not be using Parcel Monkey again after this experience.
