Could pay with credit/debit card for shipments to USA and Australia. Had to use google pay wasted a lot of time trying to get it to work. :(

generally i have no major complaints & find the service much more reliable & more cost effective for parcels than Royal Mail, there are one or two minor irritations on website that stop me from giving 5 stars but overall still 4 stars

We sent a package from America to Ireland. The package reached Ireland and for some reason it was shipped straight back to America after clearing customs in Ireland! We have emailed several times for a credit note or a refund on shipping as we have to resend it and were being ignored! Poor customer service, will never use again and I dont recommend anyone else using this company!!

Absolutely shameless. Booked a 24h service. Parcel was delivered 5 days later. Requested a partial refund as in Parcelforce website it clearly states if goods aren’t delivered within 24h they will refund 50% of the cost. Parcel monkey completely ignored my request. Long story short they pocket the money you’re entitled to. DO NOT USE! Thieves!

Two weeks after it supposed to have been delivered, and I’m still being told that they’re trying to get hold of the courier to find out where my parcel is don’t use this service just go direct to the delivery companies. There is no phone line to call, so you have to wait for them to respond, which sometimes takes more than three hours that they say. I’m limited on the time that I can send the parcel so it’s possible that I’m going to miss the deadline.

Could not be worse. Avoid UPS via Parcel Monkey in Manchester unless you want poor service, delays and extortionate final charges. This was by far, the worst courier experience I’ve had. After paying £27 upfront No pick up time or estimate given. ill-mannered UPS courier arrived two days late and demanded additional cash payments of £7 to take the parcel. Then to top it off parcel monkey charged an additional £78 as they falsely claimed the size and dimensions of the parcel were apparently larger than declared. Although the package was carefully measured and weighed before pickup.
