Still waiting for my parcel to arrive at its destination. Not very happy tracking say s delivery was attempted twice but don’t understand it couldn’t be delivered as parcel is going to a company that was open and staffed. HELP!

Easy to use website to navigate my shipping to customers. I find it easier to use this website than the couriers own websites. I find it clearer to understand. Although the tracking doesn’t always work with parcel force. I’m not sure if that’s an error with parcel forces website though.
Usually it’s great though.

Used this company to send back an oven id bought and they lost it !!! How do you lose an oven !!! I will never use them ever again and because we never took out ‘insurance’ we cant claim anything back , apparently they took it to the wrong place and left it there and have made no effort to get it back .

I paid over £17 for a 2 day delivery service. Currently my parcel is on day 12 of its travels and may just arrive before the end of the week, a total of 14-16 days. I could’ve driven there and back in less than a day. Parcel Monkey need to do better at managing the expectations of customers. My parcel included cakes. I would’ve reconsidered the contents if I’d known it would take 2 weeks to travel around 300 miles (a road and ferry journey that takes a total of 6.5 hours).

Booked on the Monday for collection at 08.30 and delivery on Wednesday. After numerous calls the parcel was picked up after midday and delivered at 14.17. Not good enough.

Perfect service to find the correct courier service for any sized items.

Absolute rubbish. Overcharged for a parcel that needed to be returned. Wish I had booked directly with the courier, as they do not charge extra when a parcel is returned to sender. Parcel Monkey are a pointless middlemen website which provide no real service and make their money from added hidden fees.

Booked a collection on thursday 16/02/23 for friday next day delivery on Monday. The parcel is still here this is happening more and more going through parcel monkey and with different couriers. Now I have to chase.

Sent a parcel with them and have since received approximately 10 spam emails totally unrelated to my order. They didnt even post my order (that was parcel force), they just arranged the service- something which parcel force do themselves if you ask them. In summary: parcel monkey send too many emails and, as a company, do not need to exist.
