Updates for delivery,paid for 24hr express it came after 48hrs no apology from parcelforce and no updates on tracker why it didn't get to me

I 2 emails received on day of collection to say it would be colleceted but it wasnt. My customer waited in all day, shocking service.

My item arrived in a partly crushed punctured box and had the mounting and housing smashed and unservicable. Very unhappy!!

order placed thursday. local courier got the order on monday. Never using your 'service' again. not the first time been let down.
