I had booked with Fed Ex. The drop off point was a newsagent in my village. However, they did not take Fed Ex. I then drove to Epsom 3 miles awayonly to be told again no they dont take Fed Ex. He kindly told me I had to call to have the parcel collected. So it was a bit of a nuisence.

My parcel hasn’t been collected

Paid for collection. Parcelforce didn’t come to collect. Said I wasn’t in ( business open during open hours ). I had to drive parcel the next day to post office seven miles away. Paid for urgent 24 hour delivery - I failed my customer. Time frame was useless to customer, had to fully refund customer and accept return. ????????♂️

Got a notification 3 days ago from Parcel Monkey that a parcel was on its way to me. The tracking link, 3 days later, gives me no idea if they parcel has even been collected, let alone when its due. The email says "any issues, contact the person who sent it!". How the heck are they meant to know where it is in the logistics network? Utterly incompetent and unacceptable in 2023, yet, seemingly, the norm.

Parcel Monkey always offers the most competitive prices, and I love that they handle the customs forms for me so I dont need to go to another website to find them. It also puts my mind at ease that there is a dedicated team I can contact if my shipments are lost or damaged- no more shrugs at the post office!

This may be an inexpensive way to send parcels but don’t rely on its 24 hour service. The last 30/35 parcels I have sent have taken a minimum of 48 hours and some Longer. Parcelmonkey blame parcelforce and parcelforce say go back to parcelmonkey not good enough
