You were fine your courier parcel force are **** left parcel outside for collection with large sticker saying parcel force driver chose to walk past it and put card though the letter box saying need to rebook thi k you need to find better courier

Quite often the payment wont process for hours, unfortunately I needed to get parcel sent quickly the other day in time for the courier Parcel force was £14.69 but as I could pay I went to the post office and Parcel Force was £28.00

Another flawless service through Parcel Monkey. I have chosen the collection service with 48hrs delivery. Good price (better than other providers), was able to track my parcel all the way. Will use again and recommend.

Beware stay clear of these fraudsters at all cost, the items I posted using parcel Monkey turned up totally destroyed, the buyer sent me multiple pictures of the contents and the box and it looked like theyd been thrown from the wagon onto the tarmac multiple times before getting dragged down the motorway to their final destination, and even though Id payed for extra cover these clowns said I wasnt covered due to inadequate packaging, the contents were wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and sealed in a sturdy well taped box, dont think any packaging would survive the onslaught parcel monkey provide. To top it off customer services-complaints blank you once these Charlatans fob you off with their p.ss poor excuses, Summary TAKE YOUR CASH DESTROY YOUR PROPERTY BLANK YOU AND MOVE ON TO THE NEXT VICTIM.

Parcel failed to scan in the shop so asked customer service on 4 separate occasions what the stated error meant. Every time I was ignored and the only way to speak to them is via chat. I send around £800 in international parcels a month and certainly wont be trusting these jokers. another courier Express put this company to shame!

exessivley fined for a slight mis-measurment, it would have been more cost effective to ship a 1000kg euro pallet after being fined for a small measuring error. very unfair.

EASY ONLINE SYSTEM. LOCAL DROP OFF. ARRIVED IN 5 DAYS FROM UK TO USA. THE RECIPEINT HAD AN ISSUE WITH THEIR LOCAL USPS DELIVERY. I RANG DPD AND THEY SORTED THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY. THANKYOU.

the delivery was fine, however, they automatically took a second payment claiming the weight was heavier than declared, it definitely wasnt, the actual weight was 16kg and I declared 20kg, they claimed it actually weighed 33.72kg - they even put a declared weight on the invoice for the additional charge being 24.3kg, I declared 20kg as detailed on their website and paperwork!!

This is a good place to get cheap quotes but their customer service is useless. It took Parcelforce almost a week to collect and deliver a 24hr parcel. I complained to parcel monkey (you cant complain to Parcelforce directly) and parcel Monkey just sent me a load of Ts & Cs. They honestly couldnt care less. They are supposed to be a broker and there to help you when you have issues but they are clearly on the side of the courier.

Booked Parcelforce 24 on a Saturday delivery. Cost over £100. Easy to book, however when the tracking showed a failed collection the problems started as there is no telephone number for PM and whilst the web chat showed available, nobody came online, saying they were busy. Email contact can take up to 25 hours and that’s just not prompt enough. Luckily a call to Parcelforce sorted the issue, even though the client is PM in reality. Won’t use again for this reason, as it’s when issues happen you need decent customer service.
