Absolutely terrible service, apparently the pist office shouldnt have even accepted it! Came back several days later with forms attached that had to be filled out? Was all done online and printed?? Luckily sent a backup with ups and it arrived in spain within 3 days, with a delay

My parcel was never delivered and refusing to givr me my money bsck for value of parcel. Will only offer wgat they call good will gesture. Had many emails back and to. Very poor service. Would not use again or recommend. I will also not go away till I get the value of my parcel. ????

Has not been collected CT11 9PB 2a Clifton Lawn There are 15 flats in Clifton Lawn and we veritually receive deliveries daily from EVRi I have no understanding why it is so difficult for the courier to come and collect this parcel. It was originally delivered by the EVRi courier I have spent 2 day staying in the whole day waiting for this parcel which is sitting inside the front door awaiting collection please advise Christopher

They use Parcel Force....which is Royal Snail. And Parcelforce just say you werent in. We took 3 days off over 2 weeks to wait for a collection, this was expensive. Each time they lies about attempting to collect and left no calling card. You cant actually track the van or driver so its just a farce

If you have a deadline or an important parcel to be collected / dekivered i would not recommend Parcel Monkey nor DPD, i recived numerous texts to say the driver would collect at specific times but they never showed up, al parcel monkey would say is just stay in and wait. thier customer service is extreemly poor

I used Parcel Monkey to return a large power washer that I bought on Amazon. They collected without issue but after a day or two the tracking for my consignment stopped being updated so I contacted them to resolve. After over a month of searching they couldn’t find my consignment so refunded part of my shipping cost. So I am £800 out of pocket due to them losing my power washer. It wasn’t just the fact that they refused to acknowledge any responsibility for losing my goods, it was the relentless and time consuming process of trying to get it resolved - only to be told I didn’t buy insurance so no refund. So when looking at Parcel Monkey’s rates make sure you factor in insurance otherwise they will likely “lose” your stuff too.

Waiting for the collection of the parcel to have a no show, spoke to customer services via online chat to have it rebooked the following day and again another no show. Spoke to customer services online chat yet again to be told that I will be picked up on Monday, waited till 3pm and then took it to the local post office. Today (Wednesday) 6 days later Parcelforce turn up for the collection. I would avoid any collections services that are offered and drop off at the parcel drop off shops. Not having this particular tool on site for Friday morning has cost me 4 extra days of work!!! Not a happy person

The arrangement of the collection was a nightmare. They kept not turning up & I even got contacted saying that they couldnt trace our parcel. I told them I could "trace" it - it was in my hallway waiting for collection. Now Im told that although it was collected it hasnt been "marked" as collected - so I think their initial thoughts have come true & they have finally actually lost the parcel they collected. Total joke
