Good booking process and affordable!

Useless Next day delivery doesn’t mean next day delivery. They failed to notify the courier and we wasted £80 on next day delivery. 2 days later we are being told parcel has finally been Collected but may not be delivered for another 2 days. I pay top dollar for urgent assistance and This is the second time in a month that parcelmonkey have let us down. Breakdown of communications with the companies they use, who knows, but it’s not acceptable and I will be contacting trading standards. I can’t even speak to them on the phone NEXT DAY SHOULD MEAN NEXT DAY. Not 3 days Disgusting company

No customs documents sent to courier. Therefore courier could not receive the parcel. This happened on 2 separate occasions. We had to take the parcels to the main Fed Ex depot ourselves.

Very easy to compare different courier pricings, and provided a very streamlined way to select the best courier/delivery service for my parcel.
I had a guitar to send that was sold on eBay, and I needed a courier that could handle bigger items.

A quick and easy to use online service, parcel took 5 days to reach the west coast of Canada, good tracking to follow online. Also quite a reasonable price, more expensive than sending by Royal Mail airmail but gets there within a week compared to around 3/4 weeks or sometimes longer going by air mail.

Did what it said on the tin... hassle free, took slightly longer to arrive than anticipated but that was due to being stuck in customs for five days. Good tracking info kept me in the picture though. Highly recommended

They refused to take the parcel ! Didn’t tell me that it hadn’t gone , I’ve emailed asking for the 60 pounds back and heard nothing other than this ! Stay clear !! The place we took the parcel said they are having a nightmare with this courier and you struggle to get hold of them
