Terrible service. Tried using it to ship a parcel to Asia. Followed all the instructions from the email from Parcel Monkey. Paid almost £40. Yet parcel went around the block and returned back to my flat a few days later. Parcel Monkey is refusing to rectify this issue - even though its their fault - as they have not notified me that I had to submit an electronic invoice to the shipping company. Not even sure where that should be done on their portal. They are refusing to refund me. Terrible service. Watch out when using them because clearly they do not play the role of the middle-man very well!

The worse experience Ive ever had, I Booked a pickup through ParcelMonkey with UPS on Monday 10th July. I received all the confirmation from Parcelmonkey cone Monday nothing happened, (pm) apologies says arranged another pickup with UPS the next day.. But again nothing.. I contacted UPS directly who said they never had anything from (pm) about me. Wednesday and Thursday went no parcel... it was finally Friday it arrived...my advice is NEVER NEVER use ParcelMonkey, if you want a parcel pickup and delivered on arranged dates..

The online instruction manual for posting a parcel will need to improve. Lacking of a clear guide to getting the right location of the parcel collection point. In addition, my parcel was placed at the parcel collection shop on 13 July from UK to HK. However, it had been sent to NL on 18 July and I have not received any further updates then. Today’s date is 27 July and my parcel is still pending on it way somewhere out there that I don’t know what is going on? Actually in two weeks time has passed and the delivery is still pending! I’m feeling really frustrated about this situation! This is my first time to try your service but I’m sure that could be the one and only one I have made a mistake to trust that company. Thank you.

I booked 2 parcels to be collected by Evri which were not collected after 3 days even though they should have been collected the next day. I logged into my account on Parcel Monkey with no information on how to contact the courier only a live chat which was not helpful. I then had to travel 13 miles to a drop off location.

Booked FedEx Express international through parcelmonkey. There were no clear instructions on how to pack and seal the parcel, I had to Google everything and hope for the best. When I went to drop off the parcel they couldn’t accept it and I had to arrange collection from home. The parcel was supposed to deliver in 1-3 days but it took 5 full days. Very poor service overall.

Absolute disgraceful service from this company. Have taken two days to respond to me. If they don’t deliver your parcel, they then charge you more than what it cost to send it to deliver it back to you. It’s all a con I’ve not even got proof that they tried to deliver my parcel. Plus they’ve sent it to a location that is hundreds of miles from where I live and they’re telling me that they’re only depot which is a lie because it was originally in Milton Keynes. The way they are able to con people is by not having a way to contact them directly so they can hide behind the computer and just say that you have to pay them more money.

Where is my parcel? The tracking said "Arrived In Country" on 11th & 18th of this month since I sent to Singapore on 4th. It is not possible arrived 2 times； Even customer service seems dont have any idea which local agent we can check for. How long we have to wait??? Is it really by air? Really bad experience.

The item never arrived as the driver said he could not find the address on google maps. My husband made contact and gave his phone number in France to direct the driver once they reached the village. They said they tried again and still could not find it but never made contact with my husband. My husband was then told to go and pick it up miles away from where we live in France. i will not be using this service again
