I used to use another provider my few large ebay parcels. You r cheaper & able to take packages sizes that aint as restricted on cubic sizes

I booked a pick up between 11-2 but they didn't turn up, I rang at 4 and was told they would pick up in 5 mins but didn't turn up until 6.30

it'd be great if customers could specify smaller time windows on collections -ie not waiting ALL day, but maybe a 2-3 hour period. Michael
