Parcel was ment to be collected 1 week ago and still nothing! Paid for next day delivery now still waiting for colection!!! Very poor.

Courier never came to collect parcel on arranged day so had to drop off at depo

The items were placed for pick up same day and delivery next day but the items never reached destination until the day after

Parcelmonkey VG, City Link dreadful - their tracking info is always c. 24 hrs out of date - useless, which puts me off using Parcelmonkey

complete mix up by the courier after collecting 2 days later than arranged.had to book another collection from my own pocket to correct. bad

Still not received 5 days since Courier collected. Item is still yet to be scanned at delivery depot v poor for Express next day service.
