very slow on delivery. tracked the parcel yesterday and it said would be delivered yesterday tracked today and it wasn't till this morning.

Due to adverse weather condition my delivery was delayed for a few days, parcel monkey replied quickly informing me of the delivery status.

2 parcels same address & shipment next day delivery picked up 2/12 arrived 8/12 & 9/12. Not good but it was Kent in bad weather so 50/50
