I asked for the parcel to be collected before 2pm, the person arrived 3.30pm when I was out.

Our Response: Sorry to hear you missed your collection. We take thousands of bookings every day so the whole process is automated and any notes only available to the delivering driver. Collections take place between 9am and 5pm.
I do not always have both the email and /or a phone no, easier if they are not essential
