Parcel was booked for 12 noon next day delivery, it arrived 5 days late! Items enclosed were for prestigious food awards. I'll say no more!

It would have been great if I was given a tighter collection window, 09:00 to 17:00 is very wide

did not collect the correct day, then promised sat am delivery, that did not happen either, in all took nearly a week to arrive

It was alright, although you didn't mention the paper work i'd need or the fact that DHL don't take parcels of that weight.

Provide option of printing company logo on Delivery Label, Also allow delivery label in landscape to prevent label wastage
