Hi, I would still like a list of "remote areas" in Australia that DHL surcharge £15 for, I am loosing customers through this.

Hello, unfortunately we're not allowed to release this information publicly because it's protected by a non-disclosure agreement issued by DHL to anybody with access the full remote area list.
Nothing to report - though my corn flakes got soggy while i was waiting for the guy to deal with the box :( but its all good

Our Response: Thanks for your comments. Unfortunately remote areas are surcharged to us by DHL so we must pass on this cost to remain profitable. We never mark up surcharges though to keep our prices as low as possible.
