Wow! DHL collected my parcel and tried to deliver it in Florida 27 hours later! It was so quick the receipent wasn't expecting it!

To be honest, everything was perfect. The only way to improve the transaction would be for you to have sold and wrapped the item for me :-P

Poor service no tracking number no estimated times I had to phone night freight to for info that you should of provided to me, not good!!!!

Our Response: It's clearly stated on our website before booking that Nightfreight does not have the same tracking technology available as some of our other services. All Nightfreight bookings must be tracked by calling the telephone number provided after booking.

In my details I entered my mobile phone no. This then showed as the contact tel no for the recipient, which maybe confusing.

Our Response: It's clearly specified when booking that courier notes are for deliveries only.
If you have special collection requirements please contact City Link using the number in your control panel before the collection is made.
